Mary Ann Winkowski, the real life Ghost Whisperer is back for her 4th apprearance on our show and we take calls from the audience. Is your house REALLY haunted? Mary Ann gets to the bottom of it on tonights show.
Mary Ann is one of the consultants and also one of the inspirations for the hit CBS show Ghost Whisperer. She has had the ability since childhood to see spirits that havent crossed over and helps families to rid thier homes and lives of unwanted spirits that have overstayed thier welcome.
We will also talk about the new season of Ghost Whisperer and talk about her newest book.
Gail Porter, the prettier host of Dead Famous joins us for the first time on Darkness on the Edge of Town.
Gail has been a TV celebrity and host in the UK for a number of years and Porter has tended to present family-friendly television programmes, or ones aimed directly at children, for example The Movie Chart Show, Top of the Pops, and Live & Kicking, work for CITV , and other programmes such as The Big Breakfast and Gail Porter's Big 90s for VH1 . Recently she presented three series of Dead Famous.
Dead Famous: Ghostly Encounters featured a team of paranormal investigators -- one a skeptic, one a true believer -- who went around the country investigating supernatural phenomena related to deceased celebrities. Gail Porter didn't entirely believe in ghostly "visitation," but she was willing to learn; her partner Chris Fleming was a "sensitive" who had close encounters with the paranormal since birth. The individual episodes dealt with unusual occurrences in and around the old haunts of such prominent decedents as Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Jayne Mansfield, and Buddy Holly. Dead Famous: Ghostly Encounters first materialized on June 28, 2005.
